A luscious smooth whipped chocolate mousse is layered over a rich chocolate sponge, on top of a crunchy rich chocolate base layer. These dark chocolate cakes are given a generous topping of silky-smooth dark chocolate ganache and a liberal sprinkling of real edible gold flakes and Moroccan rosebuds to finish.
